Terms & Conditions

STOR OFFICE furniture & supply provides professional delivery services Monday to Friday during regular business hours. After hours and weekends are overtime and will be charged out at overtime rates.

We offer options including customer pick up, drop off, or complete delivery and installation services. For residential or commercial delivery rates, please call our sales office at 403-291-0205.

Special Orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance requires a credit card number for security - unless a credit ap has been completed and approved.

RETURNS: Special ordered merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be in resaleable condition. Returns are accepted within 5 business days of delivery. Charges for pick up will apply for returns. Transportation for out of town orders is the responsibility of the client. Stock items can be returned for full credit, less Delivery & Installation charges if applicable, within 5 business days. Goods must be in new condition.

DAMAGED GOODS must be reported within 5 business days of receipt and will be replaced at no charge, if it is determined that it was a manufacturer's defect. All merchandise remains the property of Stor Office Furniture until payment in full is received. On approved credit, all balances are due in full 30 days from date of invoice. Interest charges for over due accts: 2% interest, per month, will be added to your account balance if the balance is not paid within the 30 day terms, unless otherwise arranged with managment when placing your order.

SIGN OFF - Our installers will provide a packing slip for signage on delivery - if there are any descrepancies or damages, you must make a note of these on this original paperwork. Damages or claims after this has been signed off as free of damage will not be open to later claims of damage during install or delivery.

WARRANTIES - STOR will honor all manufacturer's warranties on product. There may be labour charges if you required additional work from STOR. Replacement pieces will be covered under warranty, but after 3 months, the labour will have to be charged out.
